Job overview
- Collecting required data and conducting research
- Conducting data analysis using internal and external data sources
- Developing insights from the data analyses to support the recommendations development process
- Developing project deliverables including slides, excel models, etc.
- Supporting the project team members in developing hypotheses, contributing to conclusions and assisting other senior team members in presenting back to the client
- Supporting the team in presenting the recommendations to the client
- In addition to contributing to consulting projects, you may also get the chance to support VCA team members in developing white papers or internal research, as well as client proposals.
VCA projects (as well as proposals) can be with clients across the region and can be across the different VCA focus areas (portfolio, digital, risk, etc.) depending on the project pipeline.
Qualifications
- Current student working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with a graduation date of December 2026
- Be available to pursue a 3-month internship (June 2026 to August 2026)
- Must be available to Must be available to join a full-time role by January 2027
- Economics, Business, Finance, IT/MIS, and Engineering disciplines welcome to apply

- Strong analytical capabilities and experience solving business cases
- Strong in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Superior analytical and financial analysis skills
- Strong collaboration skills with a diverse peer group required
- Able to articulate viewpoint effectively to key stakeholders in order to get buy in and agreement
- Self-confident and hands-on, with the ability to operate in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment
