- Building and customizing plugins to extend WooCommerce functionality.
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
- Implementing best practices for performance optimization, caching, and SEO.
- Ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Debugging and troubleshooting production issues on WordPress/WooCommerce sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a WordPress/WooCommerce Developer.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
- Experience with WooCommerce theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and WordPress hooks/filters.
- Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows.
- Bonus: Experience working on high-traffic ecommerce websites.
