- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites.
- Your role will involve implementing best practices in web development, optimizing site performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress
- Customize themes, templates, and plugins to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
- Implement design mockups into functional web pages with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring smooth performance.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align web projects with business goals.
- Manage integrations with third-party services, APIs, and automation tools.
- Ensure website security, backups, and updates are regularly maintained.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging web technologies.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with expertise in WordPress
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
- Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and automation tools
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify.
- Basic understanding of design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of web performance tools (Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix).
