This role requires collaboration with business SMEs, product owners, and leadership to understand and influence business requirements, alongside leading business discussions and technical strategy.

The Senior Scrum Master will guide and support multiple agile teams through the Scrum framework, ensuring continuous improvement and effective delivery of software projects.
