• The ideal candidate is passionate about building innovative products that customers love and has a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, overseeing the entire tech team, and ensuring successful product execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire technology team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas to drive growth.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps and detailed requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure product success.
• Scope and prioritize tasks based on business impact.
• Manage product pricing and positioning to maximize revenue.
• Lead product launches and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
• Act as a product evangelist, engaging with customers and partners to gather feedback.
• Deliver monthly revenue forecasts and track key performance metrics.
