Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Perform audits of procedures and processes to ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards.
- Participate in testing products, services, or software to assess quality.
- Document and report quality assurance activities, identifying any areas of concern.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to understand the company’s quality control systems and guidelines.
- Assist in reviewing the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Help identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
- Contribute to the creation of quality documentation and manuals.
- Coordinate with various teams to address quality issues and suggest solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for learning and willingness to take on challenges.
