Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience in the IT industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security protocols, and organizational policies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–10 years of proven experience managing IT projects across software, infrastructure, or enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMP certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in managing large-scale IT transformation projects.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging IT trends.
