Job overview 

  • We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee event planning projects from start to finish.
  • The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure each event is executed smoothly, meets client expectations, and reflects our brand’s quality and creativity.

 Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events from concept to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for each event.
  • Supervise vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses effectively.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work closely with creative, logistics, and operations teams.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track event progress, identify challenges early, and create quick solutions.
  • Prepare and share regular updates and reports on project performance.

Process & Quality Improvement:

  • Identify ways to make event planning more efficient and cost-effective.
  • Ensure all events meet brand and quality standards.

Documentation & Follow-Up:

  • Schedule and document project meetings.
  • Record key decisions, action points, and deadlines.
  • Follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely delivery.

KPIs

  • On-time and on-budget delivery of events.
  • Client and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Process and efficiency improvement.
  • Quality and creativity of executed events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience managing events or large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
