The ideal candidate is expected to be able to Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations

The ideal candidate is expected to serve as the strategic and technical lead for targeting within the International Rapid Response (IRR) Product team and build the infrastructure that ensures GD knows

The ideal candidate is expected to have a 12 months experience with CCaaS systems, including configuration and system administration duties

The ideal candidate is expected to have a Minimum of 5 – 10 plus years of business/industry work experience including system and process.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a 3-5 years Experience. Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with hands-on experience using a robust Warehouse Management System (WMS).
