JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Landscaping Manager to lead and oversee our landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of landscaping design, maintenance practices, and team leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the landscaping department.
- Manage and supervise landscaping teams to ensure high-quality work.
- Develop and implement landscaping plans and schedules.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment and materials.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for landscaping staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in landscaping and team management (5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of horticulture, landscaping design, and outdoor maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Knowledge of safety standards and equipment handling.
- Diploma or degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field is an added advantage.
