Job Description
- They are seeking an exceptional General Manager to build this business from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have the mandate to develop strategy, operating models, and teams that merge property management precision with hospitality excellence.
- You’ll oversee the full ecosystem, from leasing operations and amenity activation to digital service platforms and financial performance, ensuring residents and investors alike experience measurable value and satisfaction.
- This is not a role for someone who wants to step into a ready-made operation. It’s for a builder, someone with the vision, structure, and stamina to create an entirely new business line.
- The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years’ experience in property or hospitality leadership, ideally within serviced residences, mixed-use developments, or branded living environments.
- You’ll combine a commercial mindset with a passion for design, service, and community. You’ll understand how to create and manage sustainable service-charge models, optimize yields, lead teams, and establish transparent communication with homeowners and investors. Most importantly, you’ll know how to deliver an experience, not just a product.
