The ideal candidate is expected to have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.

The ideal candidate is expected to have served as Chief Gender and Social Development Officer for at least three (3) years.

The ideal candidate is expected to be providing guidance on data requirements for the various categories of physical development plans.

The ideal candidate is expected to assist the Director in planning, coordinating, and supervising all special programmes.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:- Environmental Studies, Natural Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

The ideal candidate is expected to have served in the grade of Deputy Director, Disaster Management or its equivalent for a minimum period of not less than three (3) years.

The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate high degree of professional competence, managerial capabilities, and initiative in organization and management, as reflected in work performance and results.
