The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and execution of the people development strategy and initiatives to deliver business results.

The ideal candidate is expected to support the CEO through comprehensive coordination and preparation for key forums and meetings, timely development of strategic and financial reports, and proactive follow-up with stakeholders to ensure effective execution and communication.

The ideal candidate is expected to manage the C.O.O’s schedule, communication, and correspondence including emails, calls, meetings, and travel plans, ensuring efficient time management and smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (preferred)

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the college education sector at a management level.

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment and hiring process, create job descriptions, and develop onboarding and training programs.

The ideal candidate should ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.

The ideal candidate is expected to be sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.

The ideal candidate is expected to have interest in energy policy, trade and industrialization policy, and economic development, with the ability to conduct rapid and rigorous research and present insights in compelling ways.

The ideal candidate is expected to apply data mining techniques and conduct statistical analysis to large, structured and unstructured data sets to understand and analyze phenomena.

The ideal candidate is expected to be passionate about data, insights, and creating value for our partners.

The ideal candidate is expected Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a business-related field (preferably accounting)

The ideal candidate is expected to have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) from a recognized Institution (KRCHN)

The ideal candidate is expected to have a 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the healthcare industry; Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, and Insurance.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a busy senior-level executive office.
