The ideal candidate is expected to have a Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)

The ideal candidate is expected to have 5+ years professional financial management (including loan pricing) and/or credit risk management experience

The ideal candidate is expected to have 2+ years professional financial management experience (including articles if applicable)

The ideal candidate is expected to have 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within financial services or credit risk

The ideal candidate is expected to have Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)

The ideal candidate is expected to have 3-5 years of experience in Banking / Investment Banking / Capital Markets IT domain 

The ideal candidate is expected to have 7–9 years in compliance, risk management, and analytics within financial services.

The ideal candidate is expected to define the Responsible Sourcing Strategy for the country based on LDC’s Coffee Responsible Sourcing approach, the business strategy, and the local context. Lead the delivery (targets, budgets, workplans) of LDC’s Responsible Sourcing Program.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and AI automation, particularly within the healthcare or homecare sectors.

The ideal candidate is expected to be responsible for supporting the risk identification and management process across all aspects of Information Technology for the Bank, updating the executive management on the results of the risk assessment and making recommendations for mitigations to protect the Bank systems or cover potential financial losses.

The ideal candidate is expected to plan and carry out specific audit assignments, under the direction of Head Central Functions & Shared Services, in an efficient and effective manner.

The ideal candidate is expected to provide objective and independent assurance to senior management and the Board Audit Committee that the information systems in place and new related projects and controls are appropriate, well developed, reliable and secure.
