Job description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented LLM Trainer / AI Trainer to support large language model evaluation and improvement. This role focuses on assessing AI-generated responses, improving output quality, and ensuring alignment with safety and instruction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate LLM responses for correctness, safety, helpfulness and clarity
- Rank multiple model outputs based on quality and alignment
- Identify hallucinations, inconsistencies, and reasoning flaws
- Assess reasoning depth and logical structure
- Rewrite or refine model responses to improve clarity and accuracy
- Provide structured feedback to improve model performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 – 4 years of deep experience of LLM behavior and limitations
- Experience with prompt engineering principles
- Ability to evaluate instruction-following accuracy
- Awareness of AI safety standards and policy guidelines
- High attention to detail and critical thinking ability
