The ideal candidate will support the Chief Commercial Officer in developing and executing LOOP’s commercial strategy. The role is responsible for designing data-driven pricing, monetization, and revenue optimization frameworks to enhance profitability and strengthen market positioning for LOOP.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in data governance, information architecture, or data quality management.

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 5 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment in a similar role.

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 5 years’ experience in the security function, preferably in the banking industry.

The ideal candidate is expected to be currently enrolled in a master’s level degree program in a recognized public or private educational institution of higher learning.

The ideal candidate must have attained the age of majority in their country of nationality or origin and be not more than Thirty (30) years old at the time of commencement of the internship program.

The Ideal candidate is expected to be providing the right leadership to branch staff and inculcate a high-performance culture at branch level.

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 3 years of experience in policy implementation, process design, and systems management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the bank’s Commercial strategy in Kenya.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of international development experience with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, business administration, agriculture, economics, or public policy), or a combination of education and experience can be considered. 

The ideal candidate is expected to have a Master’s Degree in geography, urban planning, architecture, social sciences, civil engineering, or related field is required.

The ideal candidate is expected to have 0–2 years of experience in development, nonprofit administration, or related support role.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a Diploma in Social Work, Community Development, Project management, Health and Nutrition or any other relevant course.
