The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analysing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of the operation.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive, post-graduate experience in the structural design of large-scale buildings.

The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate the delivery of corporate courses via virtual or physical modes.

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment and hiring process, create job descriptions, and develop onboarding and training programs.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of Relevant qualification with a minimum of 5 Years post basic and proven leadership and/or people management experience within healthcare (including clinical competence in renal)

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of 6 months experience in cleaning, preferably in hotels and restaurants (advantageous

The ideal candidate is expected to have a Previous retail experience at a junior management level.  

The ideal candidate must be physically fit and not have any forms of Phobia relating to height, water, spaces etc.

The ideal candidate is expected to do a Minimum of 3 client appointments per day / 15 per week

The ideal candidate will articulate the Company’s technology and product portfolio and position it to both business and technical users.

The ideal candidate will define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing the clients site and creating shop drawings, detailing steel structures, working with rebar, and interpreting architectural drawings.
