The ideal candidate is expected to have served as Chief Gender and Social Development Officer for at least three (3) years.

The ideal candidate is expected to be providing guidance on data requirements for the various categories of physical development plans.

The ideal candidate is expected to assist the Director in planning, coordinating, and supervising all special programmes.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:- Environmental Studies, Natural Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

The ideal candidate is expected to have served in the grade of Deputy Director, Disaster Management or its equivalent for a minimum period of not less than three (3) years.

The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate high degree of professional competence, managerial capabilities, and initiative in organization and management, as reflected in work performance and results.

The ideal candidate is expected to have
at least 5+ years of work experience in project development teams in carbon project development under different standards and/or the management of methodology revision/ development of new methodologies.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Agriculture Production, Agriculture Economics, and Agronomics), Food Science and Technology) or a related field.

The ideal candidate is expected to have served for a cumulative period of nine (9) years’ work experience three (3) of which should have been in the grade of Senior Partnership and Resource Mobilization Officer or in a comparable position the public or private sector.

The ideal candidate is expected to be executing and overseeing the implementation of training curricula, ensuring that programs are delivered in accordance with established standards and objectives.

The Consortium Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and implementation of consortium projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among partners.

The ideal candidate is expected to be supervising the implementation of training programs and ensure adherence to timelines;

The ideal candidate is expected to be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and management of projects related to business.

The ideal candidate will conduct health education and awareness sessions on safe motherhood, family planning, and newborn care.

The Peace Building Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring peacebuilding initiatives that promote conflict resolution, social cohesion, and community stability.

The GBV Officer is responsible for implementing and managing GBV prevention and response activities, providing technical support, and ensuring that GBV services are accessible and effective for survivors.

The ideal candidate is expected to have Familiarity with R, STATA, Python, SAS, and/or other programming languages.

The ideal candidate is expected to define the Responsible Sourcing Strategy for the country based on LDC’s Coffee Responsible Sourcing approach, the business strategy, and the local context. Lead the delivery (targets, budgets, workplans) of LDC’s Responsible Sourcing Program.
