Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious AI Trainer to contribute to the development of high-performing large language models (LLMs) and other AI systems. The position focuses on crafting high-quality prompts, responses, and evaluations that shape model behaviour, improve reliability, and enhance real-world usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, accurate, and well-reasoned responses across diverse subject areas.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clarity, correctness, depth, tone, and alignment with task objectives.
- Rank multiple model responses and provide structured justification for evaluation decisions.
- Create domain-specific training tasks for reasoning, summarisation, dialogue, and analytical problem-solving.
- Contribute to prompt design frameworks and internal style guidelines.
- Maintain consistency and quality across annotation tasks.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Exceptional written English and comprehension skills.
- Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning ability.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
- Comfort working in iterative environments with evolving instructions.
